This is most of the stuff I did in my architecture studio, From the beginning of the semester on the top left and around to the bottom right. This does not include photos of my final physical models, only a few of the midterm model(which is in the 1st frame). Renderings and modeling done in Rhino 3d .

The overall size of these posters together are 72''x48''

The title of this project was "s,m,l,xl" where we created 3 spaces and a overall xl space.(which gave a connection to everything)

The drawings on the left side of the screen were mappings of how people displace space while loading onto public transit systems.(busses) the top line drawing is of the movement, which maps, speed, velocity, load, and distance. The middle one maps peoples proximity(social, intimate, etc), field of view and angle at which they travel.
The Bottom mapping drawing is a map of nodes, which relates people to one another by connecting major nodes, and minor nodes together by closest distance.

The final models on the right side, are based off of a system of operations that I created from the mapping. This system uses 3 parts, a spinal structure, cladding, a canopy type element, and a rotational element. The small space is less complicated than the Medium. And the Large space is the most complex application of the system.

The XL (overall) idea is to filter/direct people into the large space.
Purpose of the spaces:
Small: a space to wait to transit across the street.
Medium: Transitory space which directs people towards the large space in a linear direction.
Large: Collects the people and deposits them into a social area towards the back of the large space.
X-Large: gives a fluid like connection between the other spaces, and directs into the large space.

Theres much more to this project I left out, but this was just a quick explanation of the project.
